These induction and encounter sessions are designed to foster brainstorming, co-ordination, learning and networking within the community. In addition, they offer as a laboratory for the development of strategy, educational tools, and planning towards Israel@60 celebrations. Seminars are conducted in English. 

This initiative works via online platforms and in the field, offering opportunities for educators to play a decisive role in shaping the Project, as well as to access the latest developments:

- Israel@60 resources and Project updates went online on the Education Department website in January 2007.

- Monthly update live web conferences in English and Hebrew began in March 2007.

- A series of seminars for communities and educators in North America was held in conjunction with "Makom" in June 2007. Next possible dates are in October 2007.
