It is now 40 years since Soviet Jews, trapped in the USSR, persecuted as Jews and deprived of all forms of Jewish life, launched a public campaign for their right to go to Israel and lead a Jewish life.  We acknowledge their courage in the face of adversity and the worldwide campaign of support that it generated with dedicated educational resources.
