The first stage of Ben Yakir’s new culture and arts center is nearing completion thanks to a generous donation from the Davis Family of Las Vegas and a contribution from the June Baumgardner Gelbart Foundation through UJA Federation of Northern New Jersey and Pinellas County Federation.

The new cultural center will seat 200 and is being renovated from the village’s former dining room. The facility will include a stage and changing rooms.
