In the summer Nitzana introduced its "Tzameret" Young Leadership Program for talented and responsible youth from Negev development towns. During the course of the coming year, the teenagers will come to Nitzana on a regular basis for a series of young leadership courses, which will prepare them for positions of responsibility in their communities as well as elite units in the Israel Defense Forces. The program is being funded by the SACTA-RASHI Foundation and is operated jointly with the IDF (Israel Defense Forces).
