Parents Day Held For Kedma Families
Ethiopian students together with their parents at Nitzana
During April an "open day" was held at Nitzana for the parents of the Ethiopian immigrant young adults participating in the KEDMA program. The parents were given a tour of the Negev village and shown the ulpan classes where their children learn Hebrew and other subjects. A festive lunch was held as well as afternoon mincha prayers in the synagogue. The parents were also told about ongoing educational options for their children.
