Youth Aliyah held a training seminar in July at Kiryat Yearim for senior staff, teachers, social workers and counselors on the prevention of violence. The seminar took place thanks to a contribution from the UJA Federation of New York. Among the speakers were Youth Aliyah's Manager, Unit of Preparatory Villages Dr. Eli Ofir, who spoke about procedures for the treatment of violence. Other speakers included Lieutenant Suzi Ben Baruch, Head of Israel Police's Youth Department.
