Dozens of Hadassah Neurim students are benefiting from horticultural therapy thanks to a generous donation from the Igersheim Family in Washington D.C. The U.S. family’s contribution has enabled the village to renovate its ecological bubble and rebuild a greenhouse to expand its gardening therapy program for students.
The interaction and learning that takes place in the newly built and remodeled greenhouse and ecological bubble provides a nurturing and calm environment for youth to connect with themselves and nature, and fosters environmental awareness as well as agricultural entrepreneurship.
