When we use the term "partnership 2000" we are referring to two communities working together with one heart.

The partnership in the Zahar Region is between the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County and the city of Zefat, the colony Rosh-Pina and the development town Hatzor.
These three very different municipalities combined create a wide and varied aspect of the Israeli society, which is one of the reasons for the establishment of such a unique partnership.
 
The communities cooperate in making many different projects take place in Israel and overseas. The projects are spreading over many fields: Living-Bridge programs, Education, Youth, Economics, Tourism and Community.
