Hadar was born in 1983 in Tiberias. She served in the army as an encoder as well as teaching computers and engineering in grade school. She began her university studies in physics and engineering and decided to follow her heart and transferred into the art program. She is an artist at heart. In the past Hadar has volunteered as an assistant teacher in graphic design at a local high school and as a councilor at summer camp.

As a teacher she heard about the program from the school principal who warmly recommended the program. She sees the program as a challenge and is glad to contribute as much as possible. Hadar sees the children as "magic" and feels a need to help them.
