In the evaluation of the past year we found a program that is well run, in the sense of developing and operating a highly significant program on a very large scale, recruiting and operating high-quality trustees, creating work plans and developing detailed work tools.

Accordingly, even at this early stage, the program shows clear-cut effects, particularly in the personal sphere, as well as in the scholastic-social ones. The quantitative findings indicate a significant effect on the sense of coherence among its participants. In other words, the program succeeds in enhancing their ability to cope with the reality in which they live.
