Efrat Srebro the director of the early childhood musical center in Akko was invited by 8 Consortium communities to give lectures about her unique program "Music that counts".

As part of her visit, Efrat will meet with the kindergarten teachers in order to plan the Kindergarten twinning activities for the "60 anniversary of Israel"
