Continuing its long history as the central coordinating agency for the Dallas Jewish community, the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas recently formed an Emergency Task Force through its Jewish Community Relations Council, campaign and marketing departments. As a result of the conflict with Iraq, the Federation and its Task Force will serve as the hub of information, programs, fund-raising, support-networks and security.

"During a time of turmoil, it is critical that the Federation provides avenues for concerned individuals to show their support," said the Task Force chair.

"We are at a crossroads in history and as American Jews, we will need to work together to show our solidairty with America and Israel," said the Federation president.
