Israeli Artist Yehudit Sasportas to Address LA Audience |

This past spring, Smadar Sheffi, the preeminent art critic for Ha'aretz newspaper, and Dalia Levin, Director of the Herzliya Museum of Contemporary Art, introduced Israeli contemporary art to the Los Angeles audience. In the fall, Israel's 2007 Venice Biennale entrant, artist Yehudit Sassportas, will culminate the successful lecture series created in partnership with Otis College of Art and Design. Sassportas’ talk, "Guardians of the Threshold: From Tel Aviv to the Venice Biennale" will address her project for the Venice Biennale within the context of her career’s work.
