What do the Science Education Center, Treatment Center, Empowerment Program for Nursery School Teachers, the Tourism Department and Community Television have in common? That’s right, they are all projects financed by Partnership 2000. To date we have focused primarily on educational and community programs as well as on culture, youth and community center programs. We have since altered our approach to place greater emphasis on development, commerce, industry and tourism, and have made great strides in the marketing and advertising of the Region's tourism potential.

We have much work ahead of us in our efforts to expand infrastructure and increase awareness to Partnership 2000, focusing on programs with elements of continuity that transcend reciprocal visits.
