Due to the barrage of Kassam fire on Israel's southern region, the Jewish Agency decided to distribute 3000 scholarships to assist the students at Sapir College. 

As a sign of thanks to the Jewish Agency for their donation, the students designed and posted a large sign at the entrance to Shaar HaNegev.
