The Facts:

Today, Israel has one of the largest gaps in educational achievements: ranking 49 out of 53 countries.

40% of Israel’s children live below the poverty line without any hope to access educational excellence.

Practical Implications:

74.4% of children from the upper two deciles will continue to higher education; only 7.4% of those born to families in the lower two deciles will.

FACT: The rise in number of children and youth at risk remains one of the most serious social problems facing Israel.
