STUDENTS RALLY ACROSS AMERICA TO FREE IDF SOLDIERS

One thousand students rallied in front of the United Nations, one of 50 student-led events taking place across North America today (Oct. 30), mostly at university campuses, to raise awareness and call for the safe return of the captive IDF soldiers. Today marked International Day of Solidarity for the missing soldiers, an initiative of the Jewish Agency for Israel and the World Zionist Organization, with some 80 rallies, petition-signings and awareness events taking place worldwide. The New York rally, organized by the Jewish Community Relations Council and the American Zionist Movement, attracted high school and college students, local government officials and Jewish leaders.
