Remember Our Kidnapped Soldiers

Prayer for Kidnapped Soldiers

April 13, 2008 /  8 Nissan 5768

Dear friends,

Passover is approaching. The festival commemorates the liberation of the Jewish people from slavery to freedom. It is at this time, when we are together with our families at the Passover Seder, that we remember our kidnapped soldiers- Gilad Shalit, Eldad Regev, and Ehud Goldwasser, together with the other missing soldiers of the IDF.

The Jewish Agency and the World Zionist Organization are working together with the families of these soldiers to make sure that the plight of these men remains in the forefront of the world's attention.

Together with the "Habanim" organization, the Jewish Agency has initiated an appeal to all families to say a special prayer during the Seder night.

Click here for the prayer composed by Chief Rabbi, Rishon Lezion, Rabbi Shlomo Amar, or visit the "Habanim" website.

I encourage you, your family, and your friends, to rally around this appeal and the fact that that we, the Jewish people, "are all responsible for one another".

Best regards,

Zeev Bielski
