Mr. Shlomo Kostiner is Chairman of Netzarim and also serves as Chairman of AMANA Settlement Movement. In the past he served as the Chairman of the Association for Jewish and Zionist Colleges. Professionally, Mr. Kostiner is a Project Manager in the establishment of "Halutza" settlements. In the past he served as the Director of Netzarim College; he also served as the Director of the Department for Hasbara and Tourism in Gush Katif and was Head of the office of the Minister of Infrastructure and the Minister of Housing.

Mr. Kostiner is a graduate of the "Mercaz Harav" High Talmudic College and holds a BA in Public Administration from Touro College.
