Paula Edelstein is Executive Director of ARZENU, the International Federation of Reform and Progressive Religious Zionists.  She also serves as chairperson of the Israel Movement for Progressive Judaism. 

She made aliyah from Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1972.  In Israel, she has held senior positions in health administration and health education at both the Jerusalem Municipality and the Ministry of Health.  She holds a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MSW from Ohio State University.

Paula Edelstein has been a member of the Board of Governors since October 1992. She is a member of the Jewish Agency Executive. She has served as the Co-Chairperson of the Strategic planning and Implementation Committee and as the Co-Chairperson of the Israel Committee. She currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Aliyah & Klitah Committee.
