Richard N. Bernstein is a principle shareholder of the International law firm of the Greenberg Traurig, PA in Miami, Florida office where he is a member of the firm's Corporate Securities Practice Group. Mr. Bernstein specializes in Business Transactional Law, Mergers and Acquisition, International Law and private and public financing matters. Mr. Bernstein is a frequent lecturer on transactional and corporate law, and has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law.
Mr. Bernstein attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for his BBA (Accounting) and MBA (Finance) attaining high honors, and the University of Miami School of Law for his JD degree (cum laude). Mr. Bernstein received his designation as a Certified Public Accountant in 1978 (currently inactive).
