Silvio Joskowicz is the Secretary General of the Habonim Dror, a Zionist youth movement, active in eighteen states around the world. He is also a member of the Executive Secretariat of the Zionist Labor Movement and in the past served as the Chairman of the Zionist World Youth Movement Council.

From 1996 through 1998 Silvio was the Shaliah of Habonim Dror to Argentina.  From 1993 to 1996 he was the coordinator of the unformal education of the Nativ L"H Kibuttz, where he lives.

Mr. Joskowicz has a BA degree in unformal education from Beit Berl College. He serves as a Board Committee Member since 1998.
